    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 44-34-110, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS ON LOCATIONS OF TATTOO FACILITIES, SO AS TO ALLOW THE ISSUANCE OF A LICENSE FOR SUCH A FACILITY IF ALL CHURCHES, SCHOOLS, AND PLAYGROUNDS WITHIN THE PARAMETERS AFFIRMATIVELY STATE THAT THEY DO NOT OBJECT TO THE ISSUANCE, WITH EXCEPTIONS.
